A Snowy Day

Hello! We are getting a bit of snow today( I'd have a real photo for you but my camera batteries are dead! This graphic is a sweet one) so it was a good day to stay in and clean up the basement. It was dusty and messy after getting the Christmas decorations put away but it's a room that is so easy to ignore. Next I hope to straighten up my craft area down there so I will feel like sewing again. Tomorrow is another day, right?

  2. What a beautiful photo! I love it! I'd like to live in that house : ) You posted a comment on my blog but I have no way of responding to you except here. You asked if I like the style of fabric holder I use which is a Q-Snap frame. Yes I do. I find that the Q-Snaps hold the fabric taut but they don't leave the round hoop marks that are so difficult to get out when using that type of hoop. It is easy to adjust your tension as you're stitching because the little "snaps" that go over the frame sides can be rolled to tighten or loosen your fabric. I hope this helps : ) Blessings, Shirlee
